Guest House "JOANNA" offers its guests 2 houses that can be used together or separately.

House 1
• 3 Standard Rooms - with 1 or 2 beds - an air conditioning, TV, free wireless internet, a bathroom with shower or bath, a balcony overlooking to the Balkan Mountains.
• 1 studio - bedroom and 2 single beds - an air conditioning, TV, free wireless internet, a bathroom with shower or bath, a balcony overlooking to the Balkan Mountains.
• A fully equipped restaurant with a fireplace.

House 2
• 3 Standard Rooms - with 1 or 2 beds - a convector heating, TV, a bathroom with shower or bath, balcony overlooking to the Balkan Mountains.
• Two additional rest rooms.
• A fully equipped restaurant with a fireplace.

All rooms have terraces, 7 rooms with double bed, the other with two single beds. The rooms are elegantly furnished and modern in their equipment included an individual bathroom, a heating (air conditioner, a convector), wireless internet, TV, Bulsatcom television (in some rooms), tap water is drinkable in the rooms.

For guests disposal are two taverns furnished, equipped with everything necessary for preparing and serving food and convenience. There is a dishwasher, a coffemaker, a refrigerator, a microwave, a stove. The guests themselves were given the opportunity to cook their food, but it can also be prepared by request. Visitors can enjoy the self prepared food on the outdoor barbecue in the garden. You can choose to cool yourself in the pool during the warm summer days or to feel the pleasure of an off-road experience on the slopes of the region.

Prices:
20 BGN- per night (per person)
17.50 BGN - for 2 or more nights (per person)
House 1-150 BGN per day (more than 1 night)
House 2-140 BGN per day (more than 1 night)
For the whole complex - 280 BGN per day (more than 1 night)

For longer stays - prices are negotiable. Rent a jeep-60 BGN / h (with appointment)
